The Lagoona Resort, Lonavala

I had a comfortable stay at the hotel, with spacious and clean rooms featuring modern amenities. The service was polite and helpful, making our experience enjoyable. However, the location was a bit tricky to reach without a car, and there were some issues with outdoor facilities that need attention. Overall, it's a good place to relax, but improvements could elevate the experience further.
